Jessica is the founder of Bowmay Consulting and started her recruitment career in 2000. With over 20 years’ experience providing recruitment solutions, she has worked with many textile businesses across the UK. As well as running a company, she is mum to Isabelle Beau and Nancy Mae. When she’s not home-schooling, taxiing them round dance schools and various other out of school activities, she enjoys an active social life herself and is quite the social butterfly. General health and well-being are things that are important to Jess, and she has regular sessions down at the gym with marine fit coaches!
